ESA Property Contracts is the construction arm of our set up. We work exclusively with businesses and property investors/ developers to deliver projects in the Bournemouth & Poole area varying from £10,000 - £1,000,000.
We are members of the federation of master builders and pride ourselves in having the necessary skills and services to deliver projects for our clients.
WE OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES FROM:
Refurbishment Work
Working on conversion and remodelling projects, such as flip projects of HMO Conversions.
Construction Work
Working with architects, structural engineers and the client to build new structures from new build developments to loft conversion.
Design & Build Work
Managing all elements of the project from mechanical and electrical design, architectural, structural, planning, interior design and completing the works.
WORKING WITH US
We understand developers and investors and their needs, so we can work to your needs. We will produce all the documents needed for obtaining finance such as: Schedule of works, Bill of quantities.
We also ensure that all CDM regulations are adhered to on your project so you have peace of mind as the client.
